Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with EasyToPaste. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. It applies to all paid plans and one-off purchases of the EasyToPaste service (the "Service"), operated by Name It Integraci Ltd. (Israel).

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of any paid plan or one-off purchase — no questions asked. Just contact us and we will refund you in full.

Subscriptions and renewals

  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review requests in good faith — if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us promptly and we will try to help.

Your statutory rights (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Because the Service is digital content/services supplied immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins right away; in any case our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this right. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

How refunds are processed

Our payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@easytopaste.com with the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt email sent to you by Paddle. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles), or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Because EasyToPaste is zero-knowledge, we cannot recover content after a secret is deleted, expired, or burned; loss of content is not itself a basis for a refund outside the 14-day window.
