Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyToPaste website, applications, and API (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Name It Integraci Ltd., a company registered in Israel (company no. 515205128), of HaBa'al Shem Tov 4, Herzliya, Israel ("EasyToPaste", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EasyToPaste is a zero-knowledge sharing tool. Content you share is encrypted in your browser before it reaches us; the decryption key lives in the share link (or is derived from your passphrase) and never reaches our servers. We store only ciphertext and a minimal envelope of metadata (such as the locator, size, type, expiry, and view count). We cannot read, recover, or reset the content of any secret. If a link or passphrase is lost, the content is unrecoverable, including by us.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any share links you generate.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written consent.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Because the Service is zero-knowledge, we cannot inspect content; you are solely responsible for what you encrypt and share. You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to circumvent quotas, security controls, or rate limits.

4. Plans, billing, and payment

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid plans (Plus, Team, Enterprise) and one-off purchases, as described on our Pricing page. Prices, quotas, and features may change; we will give notice of material changes to paid plans as required by law.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"). When you purchase a paid plan, Paddle is the seller of record and your order is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account or via your Paddle receipt, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by EasyToPaste and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You retain all rights in the content you share; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and transmit your ciphertext so the Service can function.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Given the zero-knowledge design, you are responsible for retaining your own copies of important content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyToPaste will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us (or that we received via Paddle) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyToPaste from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
